Yes you can still tan naturally and you can also burn so you need to wear sunscreen.

Which is best for a natural looking tan, for a medium skin tone, the light to medium, or the medium to dark?

Defo medium to dark. I have medium skin tone and using this one, keeps my tan looking like sun kissed natural, no body believes it's actually fake tan.

Does this run with sweat?

No! I have worked out with this on and it doesn’t run with sweat. It very gradually fades. I built up a good tan with it but then was ill for a week so stopped applying it and it didn’t go patchy one bit, all just faded the same colour so it never looked like fake tan at all.

I don’t use gloves, just wash my hands after I’ve applied it. It’s a great product but does wash off quite easily after a bath or shower.
