FORGET ABOUT ALL THE FANCY EXPENSIVE PIECES OF KIT

As a chef it is very important to have sharp knives and the Accusharp is the finest knife sharpeners on the market. It is also quite inexpensive. It will even sharpen your table knives! I have used one for years and cannot recommending it highly enough.
