Yes it will, as long as you have a rear der. with a long enough cage. Check what shimano recommends depending on your crank rings and if you go with an 11-42 or 11-46.

Q: Will this work with a shimano grx rear derailleur with wolf tooth hanger extender and zipp 454 nsw freehub body?

Depends on which GRX derailleur you have, but I have the 11-42 working with an Ultegra RX detailleur and Wolftooth roadlink. It will work on an 11-speed freehub body that works with Shimano and SRAM 11-speed, but you will need a spacer between the freehub and cassette.

Don't know where it was manufactured, to be honest I never had a single quality issue with a Shimano part or component. It's a Japanese firm. About your setup, yes this cassette will work with either 1, 2 or 3 chainrings. I actually have mine with 3 chainrings.

Q: I have a Breezer Radar Expert, will this work?

The bike doesn’t matter as much as the component group and if you have a long (or even mid) cage derailleur. # of gears your shifter works with, 10 or 11 spd hub... I can’t answer your question
