About a month and a half ago I pulled my left hamstring while working in my yard. I couldn't believe how much it hurt. I am not much of a pill taker so didn't want to take something with side effects and make things worse. Problem is that in the process of favoring my ham string my other knee started to get painful as well. I came across some advice on the internet about how amino acid the thing that helps our muscles stay healthy depletes as we get older. I am 73 and spent the last three years taking care of my husband who had a knee replacement that got infected so I am a bit skeptical about doctors and knees. So I thought - what could it hurt to try adding a little amino acid to my vitamin ritual? Well --- not overnight but very gradually both my hamstring and my knee started getting better. I have been working in my yard and kneeling and digging and even though I do feel a twinge once in a while I can truly say that I am 90 percent better and improving. I just take one pill with each meal and I feel great. I gave this a four star because I will warn you that these are horse pills. If you have a hard time swallowing pills maybe you can break them up. Also some of my friends get concerned about why I would take a mysterious horse pill when we are out to dinner. I am having a lot of fun letting them guess. They think I am a health nut but since you are checking this out I guess you like to stay healthy too. :-)

This stuff rocks. I worked in the stockroom at a furniture store. I took this every day that we had big deliveries and in just a few months people were noticing a lot of lean bulk. I wasn't even hitting the gym :-) Later on when I began a routine gym regiment, this was a routine supplement for me. Definitely recommend. And don't try the liquid version.....it tastes horrible! Only downside is the pills are pretty large!

I have been taking this Supplement since receiving it a few weeks ago! And I love it!!! It has definitely giving me more energy and the fuel that I need in the gym as well as outside of the gym! I find myself not as tired and I get up not feeling drained after a long day of working and working out in the Gym!!! I thought it was just gonna be one of those I will give it a try supplements and if it does not work, well I did not pay an arm & a leg for it!!! Well I must say I was Pleasantly surprised! I take one Pill immediately after waking up one in the morning, one mid morning, one at lunch, and one 30 minutes before workout! And one after workout! I find that for me this is a perfect setup! You will have to experiment to see how your body takes to this Supplement!!! It is a must for me everyday, I thought what a gimmick the name Amino Fuel! Wow! As described, I have leaned up on this Amino Acid!! Dont knock it cause of the Price!! It does not have to hurt the pocket book to Work!!!

Probably works, however I do not take anything that has dextrin in it. If God did created it naturally I am not eating it. Test tube ingredients that can cause cancer is surly not for me. You can do what you want, but this is not my cup of tea.

OK, if you stick your nose into the bottle, you'll smell some nastiness. But taken two-four at a time, I notice no taste whatsoever. I do not get a stomach ache from them, like some other brands. The size of the bottle is very good for this price, and the size of the pills is manageable when it comes to swallowing them. If you have amazon prime they arrive in one or two days, but if not you can use subscribe and save for free shipping and you'll just wait up to a week longer..

Great amino acid, just started my second bottle, I prefer this over liquid aminoacid its more practical. I Take it three times a day most of the time depending on the workouts, you will not get big taking this but it will help reach short term goals.

I have bought twin labs before and they have been very effective, however the amino acid pills didnt really do anything for me personally. I take the twin labs strength creatine pills and those work amazing. I am 21 yrs old male 185lbs. i work out 4-5 times a week. Working out to gain mass. Heres a few things have to say: The pills are gigantic. I dont mind taking larger pills but i havent seen any pills this big. Although they are easy to swallow just beware they are a bit big. The label says to take three after each meal. I took three twice a day and i dont think the extra three would have changed my opinion about these. 9 a day seems a bit much to me. When i take the twinlabs creatine strength pills i really feel a pump when i go to the gym, but with these i didnt feel anything. From what ive read they are supposed to help in recovery and build muscle but i didnt really see any difference. I took these religiously for a month and i didnt see any weight gain attributed to taking them. Ive gained about 15 pounds in the past two months but i think it is more directly related to eating more, working out hard and drinking protein shakes. I havent taken them in a few weeks and i am still seeing gains. I think when it comes to pills, we are all affected differently. Whereas the strength ones work for me these might work for someone else. I didnt see any additional benefits but that shouldnt deter you from trying them yourself. Everyone reacts differently so try many different things until you find what your looking for. I have tried about 10 different brands of protein shakes until i finally found one that i liked and one that made me gain weight. I recommend muscle tech products more specifically the nitro tech is a great protein shake. Thanks for reading.
