It's a low-profile pressure applying hex bit ratchet!
This literally came in just in time! The perfect tool for what I need to do. I have a Land Rover LR4 and it’s due to have it’s spark plugs replaced. The only problem is that it has no room for a 3/8” bit with an elbow and extension attached to it. There is barely enough room for a Torx hex wrench and imagine loosening a 2 inch screw at a 1/4 turn each rotation. So you can imagine this is a pain in the butt. I bought something else similar to this at Harbor Freight, but it’s still too thick and doesn’t give the proper back end clearing. There are others similar to this one, but none had what I wanted. Which was something low-profile that has a backing so that I can apply pressure to turn counter-clockwise or clockwise. All others have either an open back where the bit can slide through without pressure applied or has a thick back and a 1/4” bit socket attachment (Harbor Freight). This was literally the only thing available and it performs quite well. It’s solid, made out of some heavy metal material and comes with a philips and flat head bit. I’m able to fit this into the narrow area and take off the bolts fairly easily. And the good thing about this is the metal backing holding the bit in place is actually a magnet on both sides. Not only does it hold the bit in place it allows you to pick up, for instance, a bolt that fell between your exhaust manifold and some piping. So far so good… if you need a low-profile hex bit ratchet that you can apply pressure to get the whatever it is off, then this is it!

The best little ratchet out there
I tried a whole bunch of small ratchets. This one is the best by far. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Compared to others: see that little pinion on it? Well, you can turn that with your thumb and forefinger until the fastener is tight enough to actually use the ratchet. As you know, ratchets are useless until there's some resistance. Every other product requires either a full turn, or to use your other hand to keep the fastener from turning back-and-forth... which is often impossible in tight places. And the whole point of those tools is to allow you to work in tight places! Also, the forward/reverse mechanism is sturdy and doesn't flip back accidentally; other products have either a flimsy switch that flips easily, or a rocker that's right under your fingers - which causes you to flip it accidentally all the time... super annoying. My projects require a lot of screwing/unscrewing in very tight places, so having one of those is a must. I have three of those, and another Anex which is flat. I have several socket sizes I normally work with, so I keep my four Anex tools loaded with different Allen keys for convenience. I've been using my first one for over three years. Impeccable quality, still no issues after all that time. And I'm applying a ton of force sometimes... for its small size it's built like a tank. Lastly... it's built in Japan, and the quality shows.

Good value
Worth the money. Bought it as part of a last ditch edc tool kit. It came in looking great, and functioning to match. It's a 16 tooth gear, if that matters to you. It will work with every other 1/4" bit I own. I don't know the torque maximum, but it did drive a 3"screw into a pressure treated 4x4 without issue.

I used this to access screws under an awkward door handle. Ratchet is solid and it's easy to apply pressure to the screw with my thumb. Very precise screwdriver bits too; they grip the screws well.

天井のピクチャーレールの固定のため購入しました。電動ドリルが使えない狭さだったためです。 それ以降、100均のドライバーに代わり使っていますが、使いやすさは比較にならないほど秀逸!
