I am beyond impressed with the Bluetooth Angteela Headset with Microphone! This is hands down one of the best Bluetooth headsets I’ve ever used. Sound Quality: The sound quality is exceptional. Both the audio on my end and the person on the other end are crystal clear. The noise cancellation feature works perfectly, even in noisy environments. The good: I find them comfortable to wear for hours in a row, the sound is descent, and the charge lasts all day. I purchased the first generation of this headset and it got me through covid, but eventually wore out. They upgraded the plug to USB-C on this newer model , so I am happy with the second generation overall. The not so good: The headset does not easily fit in the charger slot. The slot is a bit to small for the ear cushion and you have to play with it to make sure the charging connections line up. As an alternative you can plug it in directly. It also does not come with a charger, so you will need a basic USB power source or supply. It supports two Bluetooth devices, however I found it annoying to have it connected to my phone and my computer because when I walked away from my computer it kept beeping every minute or so to remind me it was not in range. I suggest using it for just one item or fully disconnecting before connecting to a second device. I am happy with it for what I use it for and would purchase it again.

This is a solid device at a great price. I have been desperate to find a replacement for the pocket sized bluetooth model that I have been losing and replacing for several years. I decided to try this one out and it's great. So easy and effective. Reception stays very clear more than 30 feet away from my phone and the noise cancelling is effective. My friends and family report very clear audio in all situations. I especially love that I don't have to carry it in my pocket. No more losing my devices when I pull my keys out of my pocket. I can simply fold the mic in and hang it around my neck when I am on the go. When a call comes in I don't have to hunt for it. It's right there on my collar. I can even place it on my head, flip down the mic and hit the answer button with one hand and a single motion. Maintaining the long lasting charge is really easy. The device stays connected even when I drop it into the charging cradle. So if I forget to drop it into the charger overnight I can leave it there during the day when I might be waiting for calls to come in. It receives a full charge really quickly too. They have great customer service too. I mistakenly had too many old bluetooth devices connected to my phone before I installed the Angteela. When I contacted Angteela support they coached me through an immediate solution. Well done Angteela! Thank you.

So, to lay it down as detailed as I can, I want to touch on some things that most of us are asking when looking for this. I use this headset for my job at a call center and have had zero issues so far with it. If anything happens in the future, I’ll be sure to update and check with support but they’ve been extremely responsive with questions I’ve asked so far. Audio Quality: The quality is considerably better than the headset provided by my job which speaks words considering how audio quality is a must for us. The quality is extremely good but I have yet to test it with music as it’s not my intentional use. My ringtone for my phone sounds pretty good as well (bass isn’t the main point here). Noise Cancellation: Little to no background noise comes through that ear and to be fair, it isn’t perfect as it only covers one ear but it does the job for isolating audio to the ear and making it extremely clear for the headset. Microphone Quality: Little to no background noise with the dual mic system and extremely high quality audio microphone. I’ve not had to clarify what I was saying to a customer nor anyone I’ve been on a call with since purchase. The microphone swivels 90 degrees both front and back to allow you to use it on either ear which is nice for if you manage to feel any discomfort from long usage. Build Quality: The build is extremely sturdy. The charger block is amazingly built and feels very durable. The charging cable included is a basic Micro USB cable and can plug into any USB-A outlet to provide a quick charge. The actual headset feels sturdy as well, with the swivel microphone feeling very tightly kept on its swivel axis. Charging: The charger is pretty sturdy, as I mentioned. The charging block is not exactly necessary as the headset can be charged directly on the side of the speaker as well. Charging is pretty fast with my 2.4A charger but will likely be slightly slower if not using a high amp charger bjt that’s the charger you decide to use at fault, not the headset. Battery Quality/Life: The battery has not died on me a single time from 7+ hours of use in a single session with a slight standby time in between. The battery is rated for 15 hours but I don’t think I’ll ever need to push it that far. Standby time is rated considerably higher. Comfort: The headset has produced zero discomfort in the hot climate I’m in. It’s comfortable and sits very nice on the head with a rubber piece on the other side from the speaker to provide more comfort. Some side notes, the volume buttons are located at the top of the speaker. One thing I did not notice until after reading the manual, mute can be initiated by hitting both at the same time. The multi purpose button on the microphone swivel axis is conveniently placed as well. All around great product for the price!

I was contacted by the manufacturer to try out this headset. Since my experience with the previous model has been excellent, I agreed. Arrangements were made for me to buy the headset. I told the manufacturer that my review would be as objective as possible. The headset arrived in a timely fashion. The packaging was excellent. When I opened the package the headset and the charging base both felt like they were of high quality and durable. I ran into only one problem with the headset. It did not fit into the charging base easily. As with the previous model, the headset should be easily placed in the charging base where a magnet will draw it into the perfect charging position. Unfortunately, the indentation in the base is not quite large enough for this to occur. I was still able to charge the headset by gently pressing it into the charging base. For this reason, I dropped one star from a 5 star rating to a four star rating. As a courtesy, I wrote an email to the manufacturer giving them a heads up on the situation and my plans. I got an email back from them this morning requesting that I not submit a review on this product. I do most of my shopping online and a lot of business on Amazon. I run across a number of situations where a lot of 5 star reviews appear within a very short period of time because of various attempts to artificially push the reviews higher than they should go. I abhor this practice as an attempt to push an inferior product on a consumer through a artificially high rating. As a result of the manufacturers request to NOT review this product, I dropped my rating another star. Honestly, the headset perfomed well and passed all my tests with flying colors with the exception of the charging base issue. It is too bad that the manufacturer requested that I NOT review the product.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and feel confident I know the good and bad sides of it. GOOD: * Very comfortable to wear. On the opposite side of the earpiece is a small soft rubber-feeling pad that is comfortable against my head. The metal band that goes over your head is light weight and doesn't exert too much force, which would be uncomfortable after wearing for hours a day. * Very good sound quality, both on what I hear through the earpiece and what I sound like to others. * Pairs in a matter of seconds to your device (a laptop in my situation). * Has a 1-ear design, which I prefer so I can still hear things being said to me in the room when I am on a call. My boss sits over the cubicle wall, so I need to hear him if he wants to add to the conversation I'm on. * Has a charging base so I don't have to have it laying around in random places while charging. * Satisfying little 'snick' sound when it's returned to the charging base. * Good battery life. I don't know how long, but sometimes I'm on conference calls for hours a day and I have never had to stop to recharge at an inconvenient time. * Power / multi-function button is not in the same place as the volume buttons, so you don't accidentally press one while trying to activate the other. BAD: * Well, no bad habits that I've noticed. When it was brand new, I had to wiggle it a bit to get it to seat into its charger, but after a few days of wearing it, the ear cushion compressed a little bit so it fits easily now. Quick Story: The second day I used this, there was someone else on the conference call that sounded garbled and I had a hard time understanding what he was saying. Since this headset was new and unfamiliar, I thought it might be the problem. Nope. I went back and listened to the recording of the call and everything I said was crystal-clear and sounded just like I heard it the first time. It was the OTHER guy that had a crappy headset. He was his own worst enemy using it. My headset was perfectly fine.
