Nice laptop for the money that performs well
Simple set up, reliable OS and trusted brand. Screen is very clear, system performance is smooth. Battery is normal, heavy use runs it down quicker than normal just like any other battery. Weight is great, nice and lightweight so it's comfortable on your lap and easy to carry in a bag.

Poor product support
It is impossible to get lifetime Microsoft 365 installed on this laptop, I am going to have to pay someone to install it Very disappointed in this product I have to buy Word and Excel to use the laptop for my purposes Don’t recommend buying this laptop unless you are extremely tech savvy

Amazing!
This computer is AMAZING for the price. I’ll be using this for college, and it’s really great!! I love the touchscreen, backlit keyboard, and the overall design of this laptop! My only problem is that it doesn’t come with the pen for the HP Envy x360. I heard that most sellers include the pen but I guess this one doesn’t. (I had to buy the pen separately somewhere else.) My laptop also had a tiny scratch near the HP logo straight out of the box. Also when I used the laptop for a couple of minutes the fans turned on and the laptop was warm for a minute. The fans were a bit loud which was also a bit distasteful, but I think these are all manufacturer issues. I guess I just thought I would share my experience with this laptop since I’ve had it for about 5 days now. Overall, this Laptop was (almost) PERFECT for the price, and I really think that it was worth the money I spent for it. EDIT: I’ve had this labtop for about 8 months and it still works good!! I haven’t had any issues with it so far. I wouldn’t recommend this labtop for gaming, only for casual use. If you wanna do gaming I suggest getting a labtop with atleast 16gb RAM. Also, this labtop is PROBABLY refurbished. It’s honestly really good for a used labtop!!

As an HP Pavilion user, I was disappointed that my previous laptop did not support Windows 11, prompting me to buy a new one. I am very impressed with this lightweight model, which resembles my old laptop in color and dimensions. It offers all the desired features and more. Additionally, I find HP products easy to set up and operate, and I particularly love the touch screen functionality. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
