The first apple cored fine, the second one not so much. I still had to clean out part of the core from the second apple, I also bought another corer with a handle that flips open which is a lot easier to use and clean.

I think the diameter of the knife should be about 1/4" larger to ensure the entire core is captured. I still have to cut out some seeds and debris from the marrow of apples.

This was ridiculous. First time using this and it bent and sliced my thumb! If I could give it a zero star rating, I would. Save your money.

Need to be careful to use on a straight line basis when coring otherwise the shaft will bend/twist under pressure.

I love coring apples and putting peanut butter in the middle... it used to be my favorite childhood snack.
