Just got my first box of these pouches, delivery was quick and discreet. The product is awesome, I have some leaks due to prostate infection, when I cough or move wrong or no reason at all.. These are great for protecting you from those embarrassing spots on the front of your pants. I am an average guy and they fit well and are very comfortable...I actually forget I have it on. I wear boxer briefs, but I think these would also work with boxers. I like to go commando when I am at home and have had no problem with the pouch staying on, even when working in the garden. This is a win for me! These are much better than the pads I was using. I do not have to worry about my junk moving around, no matter what the pouches have me covered. I will say they are not the most urinal friendly, it can be done, but its easier to just step in the stall do your business and reattach the pouch, small inconvenience, but I can live with it. UPDATE Just a few observations, I am on my second order now and still like the product. I find the tighter my pants/jeans the more you need to recheck pouch. Bending or stooping in tighter clothes will pull at it. Also when you undress and have the pouch on you look ridiculous...just laugh and get over it, but it may be something to remember when in a new relationship, just saying. One other thing is I noticed if I fold the extra length of pouch over it creates to much crotch bulge, I just do not fold it and I am less worried about drawing unwanted attention to my crotch. I can see were larger guys would have trouble with this product, I am an average guy nothing special but they can be somewhat snug, lets face size is not always a constant for men. Overall I am very pleased with product. My only complaint and this has nothing to do with product is when my last order was delivered, instead of it being placed on my porch out of the weather (rain) it was left in front of one of my garage doors, the delivery box was soggy, fortunately the product was not damaged.

1. This product is sized WAY too large. 6-3/4" from closure band to bottom of pouch. The interior of pouch would accomodate girths of over 8" It could be a gag gift. 2. The fastener does not offer a secure closure. 3. There is no absorbant material at the very bottom. It is only on the sides of the pouch.

Absorbs well and no smell. The pouch is longer than needed. Could use a 2nd fastener to secure better. I used to use MDP4men before they stopped production. This is the closest replacement I have found.

Excellent product. Never leaks. Always stays in place if you tighten the closure a tad on the tight side, wear briefs (not boxers), and fold any extra at the tip upward withijn the pouch of the briefs. Over two years of use now and still completely satisfied.

the product itself is OK and works but it is too expensive and some time it comes out.

This product claimed to "not leak" and can be used in an "active" lifesyle. I am not the most active - in fact not active at all today when I tried the product. Shipping was prompt. But I had to use three of them in one day and each one leaked enough to be personally embarrassing. I like the idea and design, but the material must be faulty. I am very dissappointed, but decided to try the next level, instead of level 1 or level 2, I tried level 3 which is supposed to be more durable. When it arrives I will provide another update. It seems an outter layer of protection is missing and as the inner layer get moist, the outer layer leaks.

Crummy price! First let me say, This is an excellent product that seems to perform as advertised. BUT AMAZON; where did you arrive at this cost? At the products Web site you can buy nearly three boxes for what your charging for one!

I had a prostatectomy about 2 1/2 years ago and have two prosthetic device controls installed in my sac. I've been looking for a satisfactory incontinence product ever since and I refuse to wear adult "diapers". It's difficult to get glue backed pads in just the right spot so that they do the job and don't interfere with the "boys." This product isn't perfect. Nothing will be, but it's the best answer so far. It's a shame that no one else seems to offer a similar product, because completion would bring the price down.
