JBL Quantum One RGB Wired Over Ear Noise Cancelling Gaming Headset - Black (Renewed)

These headphones came on time and packaged well. The sound is awesome and clear and if you’re looking for true noise cancelling headphones, these are for you. I work from home and cannot hear anything happening around me or in my house while wearing these. I’ve used them for numerous conference calls, teams meetings, etc and they work perfectly. The only thing that can be a little bothersome is the foam covering the mic does at times fall off so it would be nice if it was more permanently attached but it doesn’t effect how they perform or how I feel about them overall. They also feel great on your head and I have mine on for 8 or more hours at day at times and have zero discomfort. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and have a feeling of great, sturdy build quality. Noise canceling and positional surround works great. The sound quality is the most impressive part and spatial sound, but they only get so loud hooked up to my PlayStation, however, it is plenty loud, i just wish I could get a touch more volume with music. On phone or my pc they get extremely loud.

After searching and trying a few pairs of headsets I feel like I finally found the right one for me. The sound quality is amazing! My friends said the microphone sounds great! The ear cuffs feel good even after a few hours of playing. The only thing that kept this from getting a true five star is seeing the longevity of them. I’m still with JBL for now on.

These have wonderful sound. It took a bit to figure out how to set them up and to be able to switch between the headphones and my soundbar. For what ever reason, when I installed the software for the Headphones, it reset my power/sleep settings so my computer kept turning off my computer screen every 5 minutes while I listening to music and doing other things (cleaning, washing dishes, hobbies). I was able to reset the Power/sleep settings through a google search which fixed everything. All of these temporary problems doesn't change the fact that these are great headphones.

I bought this headset to use at work as I'm beside a loud coworker. It works great for that purpose, but there are some problems with the whole package. First off, JBL's software (QuantumENGINE) is really buggy. At first, I couldn't even get audio that wasn't garbled. I managed to get that working (I still don't know how), but having the app actively open makes the audio garbled. It also makes it so the headset doesn't show up in the output devices list, so there's no way to properly switch between outputs. I can't even comment on the spatial audio feature because I had to uninstall JBL's software. The audio quality and ANC feature work great (very pleasing bass), but the design choice to add a heavy dial to the USB cable is really annoying. I stand at my desk and move around a lot, and it's constantly getting dragged off the desk to pull on my head. I plan to buy a new USB 3.1 cable since I can't even use the feature properly without JBL's app. I definitely would not pay the full $300 for a brand new headset, but the state of the refurbished headset is very good. The specific item I received appeared to only be an open box item, showing no wear at all. I think given all I said above, the price I paid for the renewed item ($120) seems appropriate.

These gaming headphones have crisp sound the mic is clean no static, a little heavy but overall very comfortable 9/10 would buy again!

If you use these daily for work/gaming they will fall apart rapidly. I bought these headphones 18 months ago and they are pretty busted.... For the price, I would expect them to last MUCH longer.

The comfort and build quality is way better than turtle beach ...the lighting is fun and programmable to with stock presets and the custom options. Sounds and noise canceling are high on my list this headset doesn't disappoint also has a mixer to turn down chat or get the sound that fits you. Comfortable beyond many other sets with plush foam wrapped in soft ........leather/vinyl ? That covers the whole ear sealing you in ....if you're on console your gonna hate the wires ...
