Seriously strong
This honestly isn't just a generic lead with a carhartt badge stitched on. It's incredibly strong and controls my 40kg airedale terrier who is lead reactive. The clips on both end are ideal if you are using a head collar and neck collar to maintain control of larger dogs.

Nice product, really stands out visually.
I liked the lead and collar, really reflective and bright orange. The material/belt was thinner than I thought it would be, it could have been a bit thicker and heavy to give it a quality feel.

Not worth it
Clasp to go onto dog collar is not strong at all. Broke when hitting the ground by accident. Won't spring retract back now and can see it's broken inside. Not worthy of the brand name quality isn't there

Good quality lead and feels well made but lettering has started to come off on the first day!!

Perfect for any dog! We are a new puppy and leash walking was a bit of a learing curve. Having this longer leash allows for time to explore but also the ability to latch around your waist to walk hands free. Truly game changer in our walking routine and very happy about this buy! The material is thick, study and durability no matter the pulling and clip is fantastic, easy to use and strong.

I love this leash! High quality sturdy material you expect from Carhartt, but it’s also not overly ridged and stiff. A big plus as it makes it easy to handle. The attachment at collar has a Thumb rest push for a super quick attachment or release to/ from the collar. That’s awesome!! Also a huge benefit is the hand loop has a clasp and D ring to enable leash to be secured to objects! Wow I didn’t even realize how wonderful that would be! Another awesome feature. I’ll be giving this as gifts to friends with dogs.
