JET 20-Ton Air/Hydraulic Bottle Jack (AHJ-20)

This is not a cheap item whether you consider cost or build quality. But this is a case of you get what you pay for. To the best of my knowledge Jet is a Japanese manufacturer. However, this particular item is made in China. I understand the concept of globalization, but I was concerned about diminished quality of construction. As soon as it arrived I put it to the test by jacking up my tractor and leaving it overnight to see if the hydraulics would slip over night. It passed with flying colors. My next functional test was for rotating tires. I have a Wildfire drive-on-lift with an air/hydraulic lift for one axle. I used this lift to raise the other axle. It did so with ease. My only recommendation is that the manual jack handle come with a rubber handle and end cap. However, this is easily remedied.

It did the job that i purchased it for. Takes a lot of air and was slower when operating it on my small compressor. But worked faster when connected to larger compressor. I had been looking at reviews for cheaper jacks, but too a chance on what Jet put their name on. So far I am very happy. We raised a 28 x 80 building and this was one of the jacks used. I was to lazy to hand pump a manual jack😁

Really love this Jack and takes the abuse everyday in the summer. I do a lot of custom ag work and was always using hydraulic bottle jacks. The air side of it will save you minutes when ever second counts on a job and you're already tired. Comes with a case that I keep it in to make sure it doesn't get dinged too much. The attachment is about three feet so you don't have to be under the equipment when you're using it.
