I was hunting for a tough, long measuring tape that offered both imperial and metric units—and this Milwaukee 8m/26ft tape nailed it. Let’s be honest: the metric system just makes more sense, and having both options is a huge plus when working across different standards. It’s portable, easy to handle, and feels solid in the hand. The build quality is excellent—resistant to drops, wear, and the usual abuse a tape measure goes through. One word of caution: don’t let it snap back uncontrolled. It packs a punch! I learned that the hard way (totally my fault), but worth mentioning. If you want something reliable, versatile, and well-designed, this tape measure is a great choice.

It works great. I got it for doing 3-D prints and it does great.

Enjoy using this due to it's flexibility in measuring. Would give it 5 stars but it is just a measuring tape and not terribly exciting.
