Mixer is good but cupler quality is not good

I would have rates 0 stars if possible. This is the worst purchase ever. I bought it because of Prestige brand name and the claims they make in advertisements. The noise of the machine when grinding is very high. It feels like it would burst your eardrum after just 1 min of grinding. Within a 2 weeks of use I realised that the grinding of masalas are not as smooth as it was with mixer I earlier had and soon enough it stopped after working all together. Though it was easy to connect with the customer care and since the product was in warranty the repaire guy checked and made some changes to wiring free of charge. When we asked him he told that you should only grind for 30 secs at a stretch and keep it idle for 2 mins. Imagin like how long will it take for me to grind idli and dosa atta or even simple masalas. Even after the updates were made by the repire guy it felt like the grinding sharpness has reduced further. Now we are contemplating to buy another mixer. This is just waste of money.

Excellent performance

Good quality like most Prestige products. Works well & is quite powerful, but boy! is it loud! My one complaint is that one cannot fine-grind a couple of tablespoons of any Podi with this, like you can with a coffee or spice grinder. Given the power of motor, I was surprised, but it looks like the clearance of the blades from base is too high to enable fine grinding of small quantities of dry ingredients.

Product received as expected and even better product. Value for money product

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer - when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning. These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

I bought this on Jun 2024 and hardly used this blender. Now it stopped working all of sudden and the buyer says that they cant refund or offer replacement as the date of purchase is more than 30 days. Never buy this blender.

Got an item which was used. Bud quality is very cheap for the money paid. Don’t recommend this product.
