Bought this product due to bleach spots on a rental. Doing light coats and letting each coat dry before applying one more worked wonders. The first time on a tester carpet went horribly wrong. The color was too dark and looked messy. On a second tester carpet with light coats worked. So I did it on the carpet and the color matches the top color. To get it ready for next renter I put it on the real carpet and it worked wonders. Now if you are really looking you will notice it is not a perfect match but it is real close. I let the carpet dry and after 3 days I shampooed the carpet with deep cleaning solution and a pet spot removal added to the carpet cleaner solution. After a deep clean with a shampoo machine that will get almost any stain out, the product did not lighten or come out. Very pleased with it.

Like others have described, the color on the color chart and caps does not seem to match the color of the paint. I took a chance with the Khaki and it was in fact different than what the color chart shows, but luckily was considerably lighter than the color chart/cap and it worked for me. The paint went on very well on the plastic trim of my Jeep, and the texture of the plastic shows through nicely. For reference, first photo of painted cap is on a white countertop, and second is on an actual pair of Khaki Docker pants. If it was cheaper I would have tried a few other colors because it's more of a gray khaki and I'd have preferred a brown khaki, but at this cost, I didn't want to experiment further.

I used this to recolor my door panels. Figured its worth a try and if it didn't work, I'd buy the correct colored ones that I wanted, which were about $600 for the set. I stripped the surface with acetone, masked, and then final prep with alcohol. This stuff is great! It has good coverage. I used light layers and pretty much did it in one shot because by the time I got from one end of the door panel to the other, the beginning was dry enough to recoat. It leaves just the right sheen, not flat and not glossy, but a very natural luster that looks just like the surface looked before, just in a different color. I let it cure for a few days inside and now they are back on the car. I am beyond pleased with this product and S M Arnold has a customer for life here if all the rest of their stuff is this good. I also used it on the speaker covers after the same kind of prep process. This does not looks like it was spray painted at all, this looks like it was made in this color and I am very pleased.

Water down product. Color fades rapidly. Easy to peel off once dry.

This worked great on rug where I had spilled clorox. It covered the spots and stayed after washing.

The paint itself is okay. The delivery system is atrocious! It leaks as much paint on the floor as the the area you are repairing. Wear gloves,and cover any area you don’t want splattered. It requires more than should be needed,and it’s not inexpensive.
