Q: Can you take the fans from the right-side of the heat sync to the left-side to eliminate the RAM clearance issues for certain modules (double pull)?

Yes you can! This tower can actually accommodate 3 total fans. I personally have a 120mm on the front and a 140mm in the middle. I used the 2nd 140mm as an exghust fan because my ram was too tall. Your double pull will work!

this product will be available for at least the next few years.

Q: can this be mounted at 90 degrees on an AM4 socket?

It does allow to be mounted with the exhaust facing towards the back of the case or upwards. I think that answers your question.

Any NF-A15 140mm fans will fit this device. You could also replace the stock 140mm with any 120mm fans too!
