Walensee Bath Rug - Non Slip, Soft Microfiber Shaggy Bath Mat (20 x 32, Hunter Green) Water Absorbent, Machine Washable, Thick Plush Shower Mat

I previously owned a set of bath rugs from Laura Ashley which I loved enough to hang onto for at least ten years! Those rugs held up well after many, many washings, were thick and fluffy. I washed so much the rubber backing eventually gave out. I have been looking for replacements, tried some that turned out horrible, including a set of Vera Wang eyelash yarn rugs. Don’t bother, those are so thin you’d be better off with a towel under your feet.Now to this set of bath rugs. The fact that they have a variety of sizes, one of which spans nearly the length of my cabinet is a gold star plus. The toilet rug is wider than most, which is also nice. The aqua color is dreamy, just the right shade, not too dark or too light. To me, the color is just right and lovely. Standing on this rug is quite comfortable to my feet since the rubber backing is thick and helps to add cushioning. The yarn count is thick and looks luxurious and feels soft. The depth of the yarns are long enough to add to the plushness, but not enough to ruin a new pedicure if one is careful. So far I am so happy with the look and feel of these rugs!Since I just received them, I haven’t needed to wash them as yet. Hopefully I will remember to update this post when I first wash. If you don’t see an added post, the washing must have gone well, if bad that would definitely get me back on to make a complaint. The rugs seem to be made well, so I’m not anticipating a problem. I did see a reviewer mention loose yarns. Anyone whom has hooked a rug or done any knitting will know that some loose yarns, especially after trimming,is not unusual. Time will tell.

The durability of the rug is good. The absorbency is good. It looks great in my bathroom. I have a dusty rose theme going on. The functionality is great. I have one long rug near the double sink and I have a short one near the shower/tub. I wash them in cold to cool water on the gentle cycle in the washer. I do not use fabric softener. After that I dry them on low heat in the dryer. It's a great price. I also have a white set and I have use them so many times and it's still holding up.

I bought a 24x36 rug. It’s very soft. It’s got some thickness to it. I am very satisfied with the rug itself. It’s the color I was a little bit upset at first because I was trying to match it with my cute elephant shower curtain. It’s not purple to me. I think they should describe it as “eggplant” color. I would definitely buy again and truly recommend this to anyone.

I love these, the shade of purple is dark & perfect, which is hard to find. The thickness is as described & they are very well made. Worth the money, just slightly pricey but I will definitely be buying another set.

This seems like a very nice rug. It is plush and very soft. I put it in the dryer on low with a damp hand towel for 10 minutes to get the folds out from the packaging. It lays flat and has a nice rubber backing so it does not slide around. I just received it and cannot speak to longevity.

Just got this today.....Well.....first of all it's thick which is nice. However, I washed it and there many threads that popped out during the washing and low heat drying.....I'm hoping that it holds together after washing in the future.UPDATE: NOPE NOPE NOPE.....after the first wash, just walking on it caused more threads to dislodge AND second washing [gentle/cold water] and more and more threads are popping up.....it surely is plush and yummy to step on but it looks awful with the random threads popping up above the surface....I can't recommend this rug and I wanted another set in another color....but now it's a hard NO.
