I have been taking these for a month now and u can tell the difference in how I feel. Easy to swallow. Good quality. Slick with no texture. About the size of half of a dime or end of a pencil eraser. Effective!

This is really good, our vitamin D was so low, especially my son, and now since we have been taking this, our Vitamin D levels are through the roof . We had to tone down the amount that our doctor recommended. It's good value for money ONLY when it's on sale. BUT IT'S GOOD BUY IT! It's also easy to swallow
