This stuff is the best I used to go to a supplement super store for my weight gainer. Their product gave me heart burn and a clogged up stomach. Gaspari real mass mixes well no clogged up stomach and it taste good. Love it you will not be disappointed give it a try you will like it also.

This product works great! It tastes pretty good and mixes really well. I normally blend it with milk, oats, kale and some frozen strawberries. I highly recommend this product!

I use this product as a meal replacement because I have a hard time maintaining weight as I get into my 60s, so I really like the value of this large 12 lb bag.

Some type of mass protein powder is usual breakfast. Generally mix with water and unflavored yogurt. Pros: mixes well. I use 1.5 scoops to control calories. Overall no digestive issues. Cons: vanilla flavor is very artifical tasting. Overwhelming in a way. Super sweet overall flavor. I have also noticed that I get really hungry about 2 hours after consumption. So the blood sugar spike is really bad for me. Be aware if you are se sensitive to sugar and insulin spikes. This may not be for you.
