Very unhappy with how unit came! MUST READ
Item was a mess!! The wire was in a huge knot. The spool was not properly locked in place thus creating the backlash. Had to completely disassemble the unit it untangle the wire AND correctly lock spool in place with a HIDDEN Allen key that ia inside of the main spool. Totally unacceptable for a new product!

Work like a charm.
Work great with 12# balls, easy and fast to crank. Not a big issue but if I had one thing id improve on its the deployment brake, wish it was easier to set a deployment speed. Seems to be to fast or nothing. But its not a $1000 electric so its something I can live with.
