If you're fed up crawling under your desk to plug in USB devices, or simply have too many gadgets to connect, this is the answer. It's built better than most, with an aluminium case and there's very little not to like. I've dropped it one star because the cable is too short to wind under your desk if that's what you're doing. Conversely, it's probably a bit on the long side if you're using it with a laptop. It works well, and has buttons to turn on and off each individual port. I didn't think this was going to be useful until I tried it; now I can power down devices that aren't in use and I really like the feature. A pilot light appears on the opposite side to the switch to show which sockets are on, but it's a bit pointless as you can't position the unit to see both the switch and the light at the same time. If you can see the switch you probably don't need the light anyway. Unlike cheaper hubs, this one has a sturdy 36W PSU. This is important if you're USB devices are drawing much power. The original USB spec said each port had to provide 500mA at 5V. USB3 raises this to 900mA. For 10 ports this means 25W-45W. The supplied 36W PSU wouldn't seem to be enough, but it's unlikely that every device would be a USB3 operating at maximum power in practice. However, I've seen hubs with much smaller power supplies that would be hard pushed when fully populated. You can never have to much power, or too many USB ports. So spend a bit extra and buy this one. Reviewed at £31.19 (Black Friday nonsense, with a normal claimed price of £40).

I ordered this product on Amazon DE, assuming I would (obviously) get the correct power adaptor. The packaging shows different variants of this product with power plug: - type A (NEMA-1) - type C (CEE 7) - type G (UK) - type I Again, having ordered from Amazon DE I would have assumed to get a type C power plug. As this is a powered USB hub, without the proper plug the item is just plain useless.

Ürün güzel arkadaşlar. 1600 MAH hızında şarj bile yapıyor daha ne olsun. Elimde zaten benzeri hub var ama bu daha kaliteli. Ürünün fiyatı düşürülüp reklamı da yapılırsa çok satar, böyle bir ürün lazım piyasaya. Bundan pek yok ortalarda.

Nach nur 5 Monaten muckte er. Als Laie sage ich, das Teil hat irgendeinen Wackelkontakt, da andere Geräte am USB-Anschluss meines Huawei Notebooks einwandfrei funktionieren. Habe mir jetzt ein den Anker Ultra Slim Extra Leicht 4 Port USB 3.0 gekauft. Optimal für die Nutzung am Notebook.
