Works well for me , great fit and stay on ironing bord, I don’t have any problems with it. Would recommend. Velcro straps help a lot. Great ironing pad.

Excellent, a lot of padding.

This is a decently thick, well-sewn ironing board cover. If it fits your particular board, you will be happy. I don’t use an ironing board cover without a pad, but if you do, this will come closer than most to working without extra layers. That said, unlike every ironing board cover I’ve ever used in the past sixty-plus years, this one was made with an elastic rim and no adjustments. No straps, no fasteners, not even a bit of string to pull the diameter tighter. It was a bit long for my ironing board, and the width just barely enough to cover the top of a 15” board. I’m a seamstress, and bought this item to replace the stack of covers and pads I was using after they got damaged with wax. In the middle of a project, I needed overnight delivery to keep going with my project. The size of the cover set me back by an hour or so of work, what with picking off the elastic, sewing on the velcro from my old cover, cutting the length to size, and stretching/resewing the elastic back in place. If your ironing board board is not exactly 54” x 15”, and you don’t do alterations yourself, look elsewhere. Ironing boards do not come in standard sizes, and you’ll be wanting something that adjusts to fit. And if this is the right size for you, throw a heavy duty pressing pad in your cart. This cover comes close to standing alone, but your pressing will be smoother and easier if you put a pad underneath.

I replaced my old ironing board cover with this one and I’m really happy with it. The fabric feels durable and the padding is thick enough to make ironing smoother and faster. It fits my standard ironing board very well and stays in place without sliding. I also like the color — it gives a fresh look to my laundry area. Installation was simple and it instantly made my old board look brand new. Definitely a good upgrade if your current cover is worn out.

Hard to believe I didn't purchase this sooner! What a simple, affordable upgrade to the thin, worn out original cover on an average ironing board. I simply placed this over the old cover, and it still fit nicely and now provides a much smoother ironing experience.

Fits well and well made

The product arrived folded into a plastic bag. It barely fit on my ironing board, but seems to hang a little on the sides. Not sure if that's a problem with the cover or the board. It was badly wrinkled, but the instructions said to iron it. I did, and it's looking pretty decent now, but I had to iron quite a bit, spray it a bit with water, and stretch it on the sides with a lot of force while trying to iron a way the wrinkles. It's still wrinkled on the sides, but not so bad, and looking decent now. When taken out of the package, it looked hideous. Not only was it folded and wrinkled, but it looked like it was covered in silver glitter. (I don't think it was glitter though, as it didn't come off and get everywhere.) I think this is the "coated with silver" feature talked about. These silver speckles are not a problem and seemed to go away after ironing it out. It took awhile (and some strength) to iron out the board, so after that I did not feel like ironing anymore that night. What was truly baffling is that even though the product was sealed in a plastic bag, it was dirty on the inside. It had multiple colors of dirt, debris, and stains on the white inside (not the outside though). Obviously this is not a problem to the items' function, as all that is hidden on the inside, but it definitely gets marked down a star. Even though I got it work in the end, and it seems like a good, decently-looking, functioning ironing board cover at a good price (hence the four stars), I can't really recommend it to someone unwilling to work with this thing because it takes some work to set it up and I think they sent me a used cover instead of a new one.

I can't tell if it has all of the layers it says it does as the layers are melded together. But the elastic is wide and looks like good quality. I fitted it over my existing thinner cover to give the ironing board more thickness. I looked at so many iron board covers that it got confusing whether this one I ordered including the elastic grippers. It doesn't, but it may not need it given the fit right now is good. It comes in a small plastic bag so is wrinkled when you remove the bag. But it was easy to iron out the creases using a spray bottle and my steam iron. I'm using it for sewing/tailoring so I needed something decent. I also like the soft grey pattern.

I like the colour, and the thickness of it. It is very soft, and fits tight. Other than the width is a bit small, it’s a nice ironing board pad.

It’s a good product. Am using it to iron on top of the dryer. Works well- does the job.
