just received my second order from this seller.i love barrel cactus and was pleased to have a variety of cactus in my shipments.yes,there were a few breakages,the "bunny ear"cactus had lost a few buds ,and a cactus with "babies"growing on top of it had most of the "babies" knocked off.but over-all in excellent condition.YES,they did look a bit tossed around and dirt was everywhere,BUT i have been a floral manager in a grocery store for over 20 years and am used to how plants are shipped by air/truck.the outer box could have used a "fragile"noticed printed on it with "this side up".pleased with this vendor ,will order again soon

Ordered the succulent-cactus mix, 6 of each. The succulents were ok, but not in the best. The cacti were awful. One pot had nothing in it but a clump of dirt. Three others look like they are dead or dying, very dry and no color at all. Two are ok looking. The picture showed healthy & green plants, but that is definitely not what I got in the cactus pots. I would never order from here again.

Beautiful. I was nervous about these, but they are packaged VERY well. I started to unpack then when I decided to write a review and stopped to take pictures. I received 4 cacti and 16 succulents. They were in a box inside another box marked fragile, secured in the larger box with packing paper and then more white paper placed directly in top of the plants to keep them from spilling. The box was the perfect width for the number of plants, also helping to secure then in place. You can see some dirt spoiled out, but all the plants were still in place. Looks like most of the dirt came from the thinner cacti.The soil was mostly dry, but when moving some of the plants around to replace the dirt, I found some were still a bit moist and most appeared rooted very well!All in all I'm thrilled. The plants you can see are gorgeous so cheat the company cares well for them and try thier darndest to get them to you in one piece. these are for a cactus themed baby shower, so I do wish there a few more cactus but overall I'm very happy with what I received. People coming are probably going to want the succulents more anyway 😊

The plants were delivered on time. Even though the plants were well packed, it appears that a couple of dead ones were included. The 2 in the bottom right corner didn’t survive.

The Good:The shipping was very fast, way earlier than I expected! Most of my plants were in good working order. A little cramped from shipping but they seem to be doing much better after being replanted and watered. A couple of the plants look very similar but I'm satisfied with the diversity. One had some pink color to it but I'm most excited about my little haworthia (or at least that's what I think it is based off pictures), it's very small but so different! I bought some cheap bowls at goodwill and I think it was easy to create a nice arrangement. Lastly and the biggest plus, this is so much cheaper than what you would pay at a nursery!The Not as Good:Two of the containers I thought were empty at first. Turns out 2 cacti were just completely covered in soil. One was even sideways. They weren't in the best shape but I've replanted them and hopefully they'll perk up. I emailed to ask if they would be replaced if they weren't doing well soon, but they said that shipping does these things. Two leaves have fallen off of my succulents and one of the buds off my cacti has come off as well. I think they became loose or damaged en route, nothing big but still a little sad. I think labels would be a nice touch just so I could look up how to better take care of each plant.Overall I am satisfied, I think it's a great deal and you get what you pay for. However if the two cacti that were buried don't pull through I will be disappointed. I can't say as of yet if I would buy from them again, but I think for $9 I recommend playing plant roulette (it was pretty fun opening the boxes and being surprised at which ones you received.)

I want to start off by saying this is not at all the first time I’ve ordered here, and hands down usually they arrive in really excellent condition, with very minimal damage. However I ordered the cacti/succulent mix this time, and not a single of my cacti I ordered were in their pots and were all severely damaged. Being coated in dirt is one thing, I figured this would happen while traveling, but for all my cacti to be practically ruined? Extremely disappointing. Will not recommend ordering the cacti, they will arrive damaged. However, the succulents were in pretty decent condition, only about one or two I had concerns about only due to the amount of dirt that they lost during travel. Overall, wouldn’t recommend buying the cacti/succulent mix and would say just order their succulents.

These succulents are adorable and I LOVE that they came in their own little containers with soil. I bought cuttings online last year and they did not come in soil, so it is nice to eliminate the need for one extra purchase (no need to buy a giant bag of succulent soil for tiny plants). The quality of succulents you receive is also great - they all looked healthy and were a decent size. My only complaint is that when I received the box, it was crushed (despite the word FRAGILE on the side) and so some of the succulents took a little hit. But I recognize that this is the carrier's fault, not the seller's, and despite some battle wounds they still looked great. I received a wide variety of different succulents, unlike the last time I ordered them from a different seller they all kind of looked the same. Very happy with this purchase!

These cacti arrived in perfect condition, carefully packed. The price is half that which is charged by our local succulent nursery and so these were a bargain. Plant or at least give them a little water right away as they arrive with very little soil - but are perfectly healthy.
