Looks beautiful, sounds beautiful
Looks beautiful, sounds beautiful. I got this guitar for my birthday. I have been eyeing it for about a year now. It stays in tune very well. The neck was perfect. I did have to file some of the frets, but at this price, I was expecting that. The action was perfect right out of the box. The electronics are great, but I don't use them much. The guitar is loud enough already. I love the finish, it really is beautiful. And the onboard tuner is wonderful. I would recommend this guitar for anybody who wants a quality 12 string guitar. And the price is amazing. I have no idea how Vangoa can make such great quality instruments at the price range. Keep up the great work, you have a great thing going here.

almost perfect out of the box
So i crossed my fingers and gambled on this guitar. i already own many guitars and 3 ukeleles and i wanted a 12 string guitar. i fell in love with a breedlove in guitar center but that was $900. I had a choice between this one and the danelectro which was $250. i'm glad i chose this one. first its a beautiful guitar. for $150 it doesn't surprise me anymore cause i own 5 firefly guitars and anyone knows how cheap they are but the quality was just as good as a $500 guitar. Anyway, i'll be honest this thing was a pain in the ass to tune. This will test your patience. You will finally get it tuned and after a few strums its out of tune again. i stretched every string tightened and loosened and tightened again then retuned and play few mins and out of tune again. So what i did was strum the crap out of it for 1 day and now its holding tune longer where i can actually play for 30 mins and maybe 1-2 strings will go out of tune. Now it sounds awesome when i play hotel california. it comes with a tuner which is nuts cause its built in tuner was much better. it comes with extra strings, a gig bag, capo, strap, a wiping cloth, extra picks, a guitar cable, a pick guard unattached ( if u choose to put it on its a peel and stick), a truss rod allen wrench and an accessory bag to keep them all in. the action was surprisingly low without any fret buzzing. No adjustments for me. yay! the neck feels great going up and down except for one area by the 12th fret where a little snag u can feel. might sand or file it a bit and it'll be perfect. well for $150 this was a great buy for me. whoever made this particular one that i have did a great job on assembling this guitar. So anyone interested in a 12 string and don't want to spend a lot of money grab this one asap before the sale ends.

Great value 12-string
Arrived in great shape. Dimensions almost exactly same as my 1987 Guild 12er ($850 from the local pawn shop). Action was quite playable. Tone is a little brassy compared to my Guild, but that's a matter of taste, and different strings would change it. Electronics work as advertised. I like that the jack is not built in to the strap button, which makes mounting and securing straps difficult. I don't care for cutaways, because I don't play up there so I feel pretentious having one. But that's subjective. The real test will be time. My Guild has survived 39 years with no bellying of the top, separation of the bridge, or separation of the neck joint. I'll be pleasantly surprised if the Vangoa ages that well, but we'll see. If I live that long and don't sell it; I bought it just days before finding the Guild. But the Guild has no electronics.

Great guitar and great customer service
This is a seriously great guitar for the money, and the customer service is amazing as well! It has a nice fit and finish, and it's a great playing and sounding guitar. I was looking to get a 12-string into my guitar collection again, as I was missing having one, and wanted to use one for an upcoming project. I came across several YouTube reviews for this, so I thought I'd order it and give it a shot. The initial guitar was quite nice, but had a couple defects; I contacted Vangoa customer service, and sent info and pics of the issues, and they quickly sent me a replacement guitar. Shout out to Cleo for all the help! I was pleasantly surprised with quality of this guitar, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I feel it's important to note that if you have any issues at all, contact Vangoa customer service; they are happy and willing to help. It's honestly been years since I dealt with a company that would actually stand behind their product like that.

Beautiful guitar!
Got this to replace a previous one that had issues out of the box so I was sceptical On the function of this one. Happy to say this one is awesome! The finish is incredible and the quality feels like that of a guitar costing, at least, twice as much. The sound is amazing. I've been playing my takamine 12 string for 40 years and this guitar has every bit the clarity and tone of that guitar. It will most likely sound even better with better strings. I don't know how this guitar will stand the test of time but, for now, I can't say enough good things about this guitar. Very, very happy with it! Update: Been playing the guitar for about two weeks now and every time I pick it up, it needs to be retuned. The strings should be done stretching by now so I'm guessing it just has low quality tuners on it. I love everything else so I'm not going to change my rating but just wanted to give an update.

They should do better QC
The guitar is beautiful and brings a lot of things but even if the price is economic i think is not worth wasting money in this, the guitar came so bad adjusted when I “solved” the problem, I just adjusted the truss rod because it was unplayable i need it to give it like 3 whole turns for it to stop buzzing, and when i started tuning all the strings The D string broke up and the tuners just feel weak feels like it doesnt withstands the tension in standard tuning, and even though it has a sticker in the back saying it passed QUALITY CONTROL

Vangoa vge12. I had intended to send this guitar back if it was mediocre. At first The bottom E was sharp from the third fret and especially the 12th fret harmonic. I tightened the truss rod a quarter turn and all of a sudden there it was, perfect.. I measured The top deflection behind the bridge and it did not change over the course of a week. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS , GET A FRIEND TO DO IT .The incredible packet of goodies that comes with the guitar included a set of Vangoa strings which are 10 to 46 so I assume that's what's on the guitar. The gig bag is high quality and the capo is as good as any of those $30 capos that I used to buy. The Mid-Range and highs are a bit prominent, I may try a set of phosphor bronze strings to tone it down a bit. The excellent electronics lack a notch filter but have a phase switch In addition to presence. The tuner will run without a cord being plugged in which is nice. When I think of all the overpriced music store guitars I have bought over the years and then having to add expensive electronics to perform on stage it tees me off. If you're not using it for an extended period tune it down and put it away. Here in Canada they are only offering the lower end models. The thin line model is available in the states. Wow!

Pas vraiment "plug and play". La tension sur le manche est énorme, besoin d'ajustement régulier. Vient avec un bon étui, un tuner, picks, jack 1/4, un set de cordes, un capo et une clé pour le manche. Quand-même pas pire pour le prix

I am completely blown away with the quality in this instrument for the price. The guitar without the electronics is an amazing value never mind the onboard tuner and eq/input jack. In a world of inflation and seeing a massive increase in prices, this is a very refreshing alternative. I would say quality is comparable to big brants that are in the $500 price range. I also have a Jasmine (Takamine) 12 string and paid 180 bucks for it back in 2013 and it had no gig bag for onboard electronics. This guitar is far far better value. Nice touch with the case candy as well. I own over 40 guitars and happy I put this one in my collection. I will be selling the Jasmine.

The good the bad and the ugly... The good-Guitar plays decently, action is super low so that helps. Has decent tone and volume strings that came with it are alright, goodie bag full of extras with it. The bad- one of the ratio tuners is already starting to stick/slip, full gloss finish is pretty but should be satin on the neck, truss rod not adjusted properly with an extreme "n" shaped bow causing severe buzzing frets from 5th thru 8th. Gig bag is low quality zipper is defective. The ugly... preamp control module only partly functional- no output only tuner function working. See attached photos. Hoping the manufacturer will send a new control module/battery output jack box... For the price this a nice entry level 12 string. But with the electronics issues it would be a frustrating fix. I think a good electronics tech could fix this bit it would be expensive..
