Everyday low prices and free delivery on eligible orders. Review: I have the code but can't access the online version - I activated the online version but read mainly the physical book. I started to read the online version rather than the physical book in September 2025. I accessed it without problems. But today I tried to access it and my code was not recognised! I checked my emails and there was one email about needing to "migrate" the book? My friend, who is the one who uses the book the most, called Elsevier and was told they have several different websites etc. Someone will address the matter and contact us. Or so they said on the phone... In any case, it's a customer unfriendly system. I have the elsevier ebooks+ app on my computer. I click on it and get a long error message. It was working fine before. Elsevier should try to be more customer friendly and make the life of its customers easier but it seems that they expect you to be a software engineer in order to access their online books. It's very annoying and frustrating. So if you are thinking in buying this very expensive set of books then be warned that you will probably have problems with the online version. Review: I have the code but can't access the online version because of a very poor customer service - I always read the physical book. I did redeem the online version when I bought the book but didn't use it . Then in September this year I started to read the online version. I used the code I had and could access the online book. This was in September. But today I tried to access the online book and my code was not recognised! I checked my emails and there was an old email about migrating the book which I didn't quite understand. I called Elsevier and found out they have several different websites etc and someone was going to look into the matter. In any case, it's all too confusing. The process of access the ebook is muddy. Elsevier website and instructions is VERY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY. So if you think in buying this book be aware that it might be complicated and annoying to be able to access the online version
