Just the door lock I wanted. I live in a hostel like-accommodation with individual rooms in rows with common veranda. Doors are next to veranda and casual theft can happen within minutes of toilet break if door is left open by negligence. But it is bothersome and not practical having to lock door with padlock for such short duration as toilet break several times a day. So, I wanted a door lock that I can simple pull from outside to lock the door and then needing a key to open from outside. It should not have handle to open WITHOUT key from outside. I didn't consider old fashioned cheaper door lock with long key as there is no auto latch and also I don't want long key. This Europa door lock just do the thing as I wanted. To leave the room, I simply have to pull the door from outside to lock it and then it needs key to open. There is no handle to open it without key from outside. This auto lock feature (latch bolt) is good basic protection when you have to lock the door for a short duration (a few minutes). You can use key only from outside. Inside the door, there is no key holes and you just have to use latch key or the knob to use dead bolt. Caution: If you use latch bolt to lock from outside, make sure you have key with you or keep a spare key at another place. Else, you will be locked out! Door lock installation: The door lock box says free installation within city limits. As I live in rural area, I hired a local carpenter at Rs 500 for installing this door lock and re-positioning the old door latch and door handle. Do not throw away the instruction manual sheet as it has KEY REGISTRATION CARD. It says "spare key cannot be supplied to you without this card." You have fill the form to get spare keys through courier in case you lose the original key. You can choose the number of keys you wanted. You have to pay for the courier charges plus cost of the spare keys.

Superb product and loved the seller services. He actually called to check as to what was my requirement as there are two locks of the same model one is for the safety door and other for the main door... Which was very thoughtful of him or I would have had to request again for the replacement and since I had a the old lock which has a bigger mount to fit this he also suggested a adaptor which he made arrangements and couried along with the lock for which is did direct payment.. the lock works well and love the master key it's had a illumination to it which works awesome especially during the nights ... Must buy product..

Not good, my previous one was same model, worked very well for many years. This one is already giving problems. I seriously doubt its authenticity
