We have the Aquasana whole house water filtration system and this is one of the filters. It is easy to replace, does its job well, and we just love the taste of our well water with this system, before, not so much. This is an expensive system, but totally worth it for us. They last about 6 months for us.

Great, authentic Aquasana product! I had a plumber over and had him check and we realized the pre filter was dirty. Rather than the headache of calling Aquasana corporate to get one, he recommended Amazon and it came quickly. We noticed better tasting water immediately!

Worked for my whole house filtering system

I am very happy that we installed our Aquasana system a couple of years ago. The POST filter (in this case) is switched twice a year (at least in our house - per the guidance in the instructions) and I just did that on 3/1. The PRE filter and bottles in the system are so good though that the filter I removed (this POST filter) seemed almost brand new. I switch them out though as recommended to be sure we filter out the maximum amount of metals and chemicals from our water. These filters do a great job.

Works perfectly, and was less expensive than buying directly from the website. If more post (or pre) filters are available later, will consider purchasing.

I ordered two of these for replacing in our system for this year. The color difference was amazing between the old and new. Didn't see any sediment in the post filter, which is good. It means the pre-filter is doing its job as well. The pre-filter was very rusty looking. Replaced it at the same time. I recommend them.

House water filter

I'm noticing more residue on faucets and sinks now. I cross checked it with previous filter and this one is not as fine. I'm not thrilled with the results of the Aquasana system so far. May just go without altogether when due to replace main filter system.

Not a 0.35 micron filter but a 20 micron but labled as a 0.35, big differance.

My water supply should be very good, I live in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. Yet, these post-filters last me 4-5 months before I lose serious water pressure. I've had a plumber raise the water pressure in my home quite high (just replaced all my pipes a year ago) thinking it was the culprit, but no, it's these filters.
