This was recommended by a friend of mine that lives in India. It works amazing. For headaches and making your hair soft.

I like it a lot because it helps me feel good specially when I have my migraine.I apply it on my scalp and just lay down on my bed and it feels like it I am getting a massage lol.but I recommend this if you are looking for a massage oil,its very good.

Most people know that when you buy a product from abroad, esp. India, there is an abroad product , meaning that it passes the certain QA standards of the USA, which means it's charged more (since they can't sell what b.s quality). The said company (Monkfish India) is selling Indian quality product for twice what they would charge. How do confirm this ? (aside having used the USA shipping quality product) the advertised label does NOT match what is shipped !!

I saw a influencer talk about this oil so I thought I’d give it a try myself. Honestly I can’t stand the smell of it, and I haven’t really seen much of a huge difference in my hair.

Himani Emami / Navratna Ayurvedic Herbal Hair (Multipurpose) Oil 500Ml I was introduced to this oil back in 2004 during a yoga teacher training and have been using it ever since. I always use this behind and around the knees, and my shoulders and neck, lower back, quads, calves, sometimes around the elbows, or I rub it into the wrists, before yoga practice or a workout. It helps warm up the body and ease the aches and pains. I've also used this after a shower before bed, although that's a bit much for me sometimes as the cooling/heating feeling keeps me awake. I like it before yoga practice the best, or before I go out for a walk. It's also great anytime to relieve aches and pains. It has a unique fragrance there's menthol and camphor in there, if that bothers you then you may not like this. But I find it a relaxing fragrance. Compared with tiger balm and ice gels and other mentholated rubs and pain gels and oils, Navratna beats them all hands down if you ask me.

It is really amazing on the hair. It is refreshing and makes my hair soft and shiny. It has a nice smell to it and I keep it on my hair for 2 hours sometimes before I wash it.
