I have an insulated grocery bag I use because I live a distance from the nearest grocery store. This is the right size to keep it cool and not take up much space.

These are perfect size,stay cold for a long time
I got these to help with swelling after surgery. They were a godsend. Now I use them in my lunch box for work. They freeze fast and stay cold for a long time. I do put them in baggies just incase it pops

Nice substitute for ice
I have been using this pack as ice substitute in my chiller box for more than a year. It keeps my cold drinks and water bottles chilled for more than 12 hrs. No complaints so far. It leaves no residue in the box as compared to the ice(as ics melts in the box and one needs to drain after usage).
