Do we have to paint it our self or is it already painted ?

It is molded in dark green olive drab and looks okay without paint, but better if you paint it.

Is this a fully assembled model or a kit?

It's a model. My husband's. He loves tanks. Lol. You have to assemble it. I believe it has everything except glue and paint

No they do not. This is the 2nd Tamiya tank model that does not have moving rubber treads that I have bought. I will not buy anymore tanks from Tamiya....
