These are very well made heavy duty

These are an absolute must have for the griddle gang member in your life. They make post cooking griddle cleanup a breeze, and i guess they're useful for baking if that's your jam. Their real secret sauce is they're compact and that rolled steel handle makes them easy to hang off the edge of your griddle when it's not in use. Just watch out, because that all metal construction gets hot. When you get one, be sure to deburr it on a stone, with a file, or on the unglazed foot of a coffee cup to knock off the wire edge that was left on 'em in the factory or else it'll come off when you scrape your griddle. A good gift choice for the new Blackstone owner or Camp Chef griddle owner in your life.

This set of dough/pastry scrapers/cutters is really excellent. I had been using simple plastic scrapers and switching over to these new stainless units was like night and day. I use them for bread making and I could not be more pleased. They are very solidly constructed, and beautifully finished! I can't recommend them highly enough.

These work great and have a nice little ruler etched into scraper. Clean up beautifully in the dishwasher.

My order came right on time and early in the day so I can make a batch of pasta. Popped it into the dishwasher and I was ready to roll out my gnocchi. Working on a wooden board, I was able to scrape what was stuck with ease then add flour. The edge is sharp enough to cut some vegetables to make a stir fry, onions & bell peppers. The edge of the scraper is slightly beveled; sharp enough to cut but not like a knife. As I was cutting the ropes of dough they were cleanly cut and not stuck to the board. Even scraping my board and counter didn't get scratched and is easy and comfortable to hold. This order came with two scrapers for the money, an excellent offer! I highly recommend this this product.

Came really fast. The quality looks pretty good. Nice to get 2, so I could spare one to our daughter. Hadn't try to use it yet, hopefully the coating on the knifes will stay as good quality as it looks.
