I have been through a lot of compostable bags and these are my go to. I am very price conscious and try to find a good value while not compromising quality and this product fits the task! They are easy to open and do not tear when opening, as some do. They come apart without ruining the bag. They fit my composter perfectly with room to tie them off. They work to carry the compost to the larger bin without concern of leakage. They are very easy to use.

I bought these before. There’s a lot in the box so if you go through say one bag every other day, it’s gonna lady a long time. I’m now on our second box and I’d recommend them. One thing to keep in mind is, if you’re composting items that produce a lot of humidity or liquids, the bag may start breaking sooner. I would recommend you take the whole bin to the compost before you take the bag out of it. Someone in my family thought they were smarter 😂and tried to do without the bin, and they ended up having to clean up my whole counter, and everything else, because all the scraps came out the bottom. It’s also not going to hold heavy weight, so that’s one reason to walk out with the bin. It’s intended to decompose so it’s obviously going to be thinner than your average garbage trash bags. LOL! I rated mid low range for durability, leak proof and sturdiness because they are INTENDED to break down. If you expect them to not break apart at all, then they would not be compostable. Reason to use them instead of nothing in the bin, is so I’m not soaping up my small compost bucket every time I’m taking it out, and I don’t have any food scraps, coffee grinds etc left in it, that then would go down the drain clogging them. They’re certified compostable, or at least that’s what it states, so my hope is there’s no microplastic going into environment 🤞🏼 I’d recommend these.

Very dependable and they dont break. Use them everyday with no issues. Good size for most compost containers. Holds a lot of food waste in some cases

I love using a bag that will break down vs a plastic one, and this one will really break down. I just started using these and went to take it out of our bathroom trash can and it was already breaking down. I don’t see this as a bad this as it’s doing what it’s meant to do. Just calling out that you want to be mindful of what items your putting in there will relate to how quickly you may need to change out the bag.

Have purchased multiple times. They are excellent. No leakage and have never torn or started to degrade before I have taken to the outside green can. I cook a lot and these are very useful. Lost without them.

This bag is the perfect size for the bowl I keep on my counter to collect my daily food scraps. It's pretty strong, too. I've never had one rip and it can hold pounds of scraps like after I do my weekly fridge clean-out. I have bought this item multiple times and added it to my Subscribe and Saves.

We LOVE these compost bags! Even with a lot of scraps in there, durable with no leaks. Will definitely buy again when we run out. Great price and convenient to use.
