Great Coverage: The coverage of this enamel paint is excellent. A small amount goes a long way, so even though the bottle is only 40ml, it lasts through multiple kits. Quick Drying Time: The drying time is reasonably fast, which means I can continue working on other parts of the kit without waiting too long. Absolutely great stuff that works like a charm. I mainly use this for panelining and recess shading Warhammer and other little tabletop models so that the perspective of this review. Compared to a normal acrylic brush on shade or wash this stuff is great for showing off panels and accent lines without tinting the surrounding area and needing additional touch ups. The fact that the cap has a tiny applicator brush built into the underside makes applying it really easy and the bottle is big enough this will last a looong time. The main issue I've heard others complain about is that the capillary action doesn't work making this product hard to 'flow' along panel lines. The easiest universal fix to this is to spray on a LIGHT coat of satin or gloss varnish on the model before lining. Because this panel liner is an enamel with less surface tension than water it really works when the surface it is put onto is as smooth as possible. Great stuff, great value for the cost and time saved 'nuff said.

A great tool for making mechanical models stand out. This product takes a little practice to unlock its maximum effect but it's well worth the effort. Its flow is incredible and its coverage is just right.

If your ready set up your panel lining game this is the stuff to use. I started with gundam marker when I first got into gunpla. But once I wanted to set up my game this stuff works great. It gets into the line and space you want to panel line much easier. But keep in mind to do need a paint thinner as well to clean/touch ups. But it simple as put the thinner on a q-tip and wiping way the excess paint.

Easy to use. Almost magical -- using capillary action to do panel lining! Just be sure to have some thinner on hand for touch-ups and clean up. I used to use water-based calligraphy brushes to do panel lining -- and still do for some bigger sections -- but for the thin lines I use this panel lining paint with a fountain pen style panel lining tool.

I've seen the videos where they touch it to the lines and it spreads out like AI.... But it's real you don't need to use it like paint. Thinner will clean up the spots and Tamiya does the rest. Very surprised at how well it works haha.

Exactly what I wanted and ordered, but when it arrived there was paint on the inside of the small bubble wrap packing it came in. I don't know if it was like that when it left the original destination or if it happened during shipping, but either way it was leaking. Not a huge deal, I pulled it out and cleaned it off, but now my entire house smells like enamel paint. 4 out of 5 stars because had I bought this at the local hobby shop and not ordered it I would have come home with a clean normal unopened bottle, instead of one that had enamel all over the label and an unknown amount has been wasted.

Perfect item for fine detail lines on your models. I was happy to find a vendor would had this item in stock and able to send it out without a delay. Will purchase from this vendor in the future
