Excellent arborio rice. I use this to make risotto dishes. My family loves it. It's basically the same quality of rice that I buy when I go food shopping in Italy.

A delicious rice variety, versatile for a risotto or a rice dish. Fragrant, size of grains perfect. A winner.

High quality product. Very consistent results when making risotto. This brand had been recommended by a chef I know in Umbria. I make sure I always have an extra box in the pantry.

The rice was not making any noise in the box, so I was a little concerned. When I opened the box and saw that the rice had been vacuum sealed, I had to laugh. The rice cooked with no issues and turned out very tasty. I will be ordering more very soon. Good flavor, easy cooking, and good price. What else would you need.

Does the job as risotto, but nothing special about its taste or consistency. Bought is because ad claimed it was creamy- I did not find that to be the case. Domestic risotto performs better, in my opinion.
