These headlights are very bright indeed, I havn't had them long enough to comment on the battery life, I'm not sure about the automatic on off, it's a little annoying, as it go's off and on if you are close to objects, not just your hand.The headband stays on for me, I can't run so I can't comment for athletes.I don't use the red lights, I can imagine them being used for camping, if you don't want to annoy people at night, if you want to read, or find your way to the loo or something.I like them

WOW! these are bright. If yet to test longevity but performance? best torches I've ever owned. So many uses too what with the magnets and hook etc. Look pro too. Very well priced. Will update if longevity in battery life doesn't stand up, but if it does then there will be no need to update. So far???? BEST torches ever.

In general this is excellent value for money (2 in a pack) and it works well for simple use like going into my loft. However, be aware that the torch part quite easily lifts off the strap. It could be an advantage but if you had an accident in the dark it could be dangerous. It should have a little lock or need both hands to separate the two parts. I've not seen other head torches so I don't know how they manage this.

Way brighter than expectedI use it for confined space work and am delighted. I've lost so many expensive lights but at this price I don't have to worry so much.Bit cheap looking but great.

Amazing lights for the price. I am still surprised how bright it is even on the low settings. Very good quality. I use it for precise work and really the best torch so far i have ever bought. I hope they will last long. Highly recommend to buy it.

Bad connection, light goes off with movement. Need little hit to turn back on.Frustrating during my night time jog.Lights themselves are very bright.I am returning mine.

i liked that the item was a pack of 2 and they are very small but bright lights and the reaction switch on and off is perfect, rather than having to find the button.

Very bright lights, so bright in fact I was blinded for a time. Simple to use and a very useful light
