Works perfectly as an external keyboard for my Chromebook. It fits just right over the Chromebook's keyboard and this has a number pad (a must have for my needs). And there is just a slight bit of color difference between the two items, just a plus to me. The keyboard and mouse are a bit lighter of a grey.I liked it so much that I bought a second one for my laptop that recently got its keyboard shorted out. Bought the black color to match the laptop and so I could tell which one goes with with device.

for $12 I guess I should not have expected much. I've had this item less than a year, I do use it every day, the keyboard keys randomly get stuck, the mouse randomly get stuck. not worth it for the annoyance.

The only feature I don't like is that the Number Lock light goes on too much, and can be confused with the much-more-important Caps Lock light. A feature that I particularly like is that the keyboard is not elevated with folding feet, which can unfold when the keyboard is moved; instead, the elevation is achieved by the raised shape of the back of the keyboard, which can be moved freely without a problem. This keyboard/mouser set is perfect for me. I ordered another set for a backup. UPDATE - The mouse us garbage. After a couple of days, cursor movement became very erratic and unreliable. I have ordered an Amazon Basic mouse that I hope will be better. Problem is, it will take another USB port, because I still really like the Leadsail keyboard.

It is lightweight, it needs 4 double A batteries, to work, it is equal to the description.
