Great value for money
This made a perfect gift, when putting hot liquids in the mug changes revealing the name of the house your in. My niece absolutely loved it unfortunately it wasn't the house she wanted but loved it anyway.

The coolest mug
It was just as shown, it's a normal mug size, great quality. Haven't used it as yet however. So I don't know if it works

You can never wash it? Or use it? It’s more for show
Wasn’t put on well as you can see from my photo. Also before I used it, it was peeling, right where I’d put my mouth. The idea of this mug is awesome. And you don’t have to fill it all the way to get the full design like someone claimed. I poured it half way and saw the house logo come out and rise to the top. Then I poured the water the rest to my desired height. But either way this was being returned as is the Slytherin one I ordered too…

Great mug, but sorting hat changed the house
As others have written, selected the Ravenclaw mug based on description and the other houses being available, but received Gryffindor. Just had to explain the sorting hat can change its mind!

Great mugggle
This is great mug, not as blue (ravenclaw) as I was expecting but definitely a great gift for a Harry Potter fan. Came in an official Harry Potter box so definitely a genuine merchandise, very happy with it.

Love the fact that you can peal off the label of which house it is for making it more interesting for the receiver. The transition is really nice and has plenty of details after transition. Also, nicely goes back to black ones it cools off. Really nice gift idea.

This mug was a fun idea and I liked the design but it's not microwave safe. The second time I used it I filled it with water and placed it in the microwave for 2 minutes. When it came out the side with the Sorting hat picture was blistered in many spots. Too bad, I was looking forward to sharing it with my students on sorting day. To be fair, it was written on the bottom of the box, had I looked. Just wish it was more prominent.
