The best coffee maker on the market.
La Pavoni Professional makes the best coffee ever. It’s a manual operation and so worth the effort. Way superior to any automatic. This version, copper and brass, is especially beautiful.

We all know what we sign up for.
Beautiful machine. As mentioned by others, quite a steep learning curve. But if you are meticulous about jotting down notes about the coarseness setting on your grinder, the weight of beans you use and how light/heavy the tamp you did with the coffee inside the filter, you can greatly reduced the process to 10 days! It's expensive, but we make it worth it because my husband and I are making at least one cappuccino per day. The machine is dispatched quickly with good packaging. The machine is intact when it arrives. Highly recommend.

Customer service and espresso machine are amazing
Hi. I had a problem with the machine and I called customer service they connected me to a technician who within two minutes solve the problem over the phone. A fuse had blown and it required me to take off the bottom protective panel and flip a fuse switch. Such amazing customer service and I appreciate the help. The machine is amazing.

Iconic & Elegant in Form, Impeccable in Function
Good things come to those who wait. But when you receive it you know YOUR ship came in! That being said, the machine is beautiful and works perfectly. The distributor emailed me shortly after I ordered it and asked me to call. They do not keep this model in stock but order it once they have a sale. They estimated one month to receive it depending on ocean freight gave me options to cancel. I received it exactly thirty days later. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience, communication and product. I purchased my first La Pavoni in 1983 and kept it twenty-five years before selling it to someone else. I’m sure this one will last at least that long!

The coffee nerds are right
I have to confess that I bought this coffee machine because it looks extremely 'steampunk' and I thought people would be impressed if they saw it in my kitchen. I don't really care about coffee and was perfectly happy with my Nespresso machine. I saw a whole bunch of reviews for this machine saying it was "very difficult to use and you should only get it if you're willing to put in the work to learn how to make an espresso." I have to confess that I thought that all those people were just being nerds, I thought to myself "it's a cup of coffee, how hard can it be?" The answer is it's amazingly hard unless you learn what you're doing and there is a really serious learning curve that I didn't believe when I first bought the machine. The good news is that I'm getting better. The bad news is I am fast becoming one of those nerds. Pro tip you need to buy a coffee grinder where you can adjust very specifically the size of the grind. Pre-ground coffee will not work in this machine.

For coffee lovers only
If you enjoy the ritual of making coffee, this is it. Turn it on in the morning and let it slowly warm up to 80-90 celcius, grind some beans and prep your puck. Enjoy smelling and hearing the coffee as you pull down the lever to extract your coffee. this machine is beautiful and super shiny out of the box.

Real esprit at home
Beautiful machine! Easy to use for perfect results. Once you decide to go “high end” this model was only a little more than the chrome version. Definitely go for the copper and brass one!
