Originally I wrote how difficult it was to separate these - they are difficult - however, once I used a butter knife, it was easy. I'm keeping both sets and have used already. They're great :)

The molds are pretty and great for buns or jelly, unfortunately the first I ordered came with blemishes. I had to ask for a refund and bought it again. The second ones came bit better but one still damaged.
