It's pretty easy to take in capsule form. I used to take it in tincture form, which took time to brew and also had an unpleasant taste. It's made my life a lot easier.

It’s a higher end supplement, but this is a solid brand, has most of the same ingredients, and this is less than 1/6 the price per capsule.
