Fox Run Terracotta Brown Sugar Keeper and Saver, Bear, Set of 2

I went into the purchase as a skeptic. I have some brown sugar that was like a rock. I put one in a ziplock with the brown sugar for few days and it was softening it up again. I did break the brown sugar into couple big chunks originally, but that probably was not necessary. I will store brown sugar with one of these with it from now on. Worth the purchase!!

I needed another one since I buy Costco size brown sugar! Happy to find these and yes they work as described! You must soak them in water first! I washed them off then put them in a cup of hot water for half an hour. Dry them off with a paper towel or dish cloth. Then put them in the brown sugar container! When I put these in the brown sugar had already started to get hard! The next day sugar was perfect and fresh!

I used this for hard as a rock Costco size big bag of brown sugar that my daughter opened and didn't close up that I found about 2 months later. I followed the instructions, soaking two of the terracotta bears for 20 min, placed them the bag, closed it and next morning, the brown sugar was soft, like new. No more using hard and clumped brown sugar that made the baked item oversweet or second guessing the measurements. I'm so excited and regret not knowing about this until now. BTW, I hardly write reviews and I am very compelled to write this one. No regrets!

I used these for my brown sugar. They are cute and I did soak them in water as the directions say. The product worked so so , not very good. I went back to using a piece of bread. The bread works really great and keeps the sugar nice and soft.

These bears keep my brown sugar nice and moist. I used to waste lot because it would get so hard it was unusable. Soak it in water. Dry off the excess water. Put it in container with brown sugar. In just a day or two, even the hardest brown sugar will be as good as new. And they are cute!

I wasn’t sure what to expect. I love to bake but I don’t use brown sugar very often. I was sick of having to buy new brown sugar every time while throwing away the brown sugar brick from last time. I bought these and a really nice Rubbermaid sealing storage conditioner. Here we are 5 1/2 months later. I needed some brown sugar for my thanksgiving candied yams. It was the first time I checked my brown sugar since I bought these. And it is still moist!!! It seems a miracle! I’m going to be gifting these to everyone now!

I can count on my little bears to keep my brown sugar from turning to rock. I have purchased these as stocking stuffers.
