Love these vitamins. Live in Michigan, it's gets really grey around here in the winter and these give me the sunshine boost I need during gloomy days.

I think that Hum is a quality Vit D3 product as I saw that it was rated a top pick at ConsumerLabs.com. I like this product very much because of the clean ingredients, however, I had to stop buying it because it’s very expensive for the 30 capsules in the bottle which only lasted 2 weeks because my husband also took it. I think if you can afford to buy it, do so. My Vit D lab test level was adequate after using it a short time.

I am a few weeks in to our rainy season in the PNW and I was feeling it. Grabbed this right away and noticed a difference within a few days.

Came on time and bottle came in tact perfectly. Just replenished a couple of these bottles for my daily regimine routine. I am on the HUM Nutrition program for Women on their official website. Love that the pills are small in size, very easy to swallow, and even the bottle is cute in size. These bottles are the perfect companion size for travel. (it is the only size the bottles come in) Because I am an Asian woman and most of us do not get enough adequate supply or amount of Vitamin D (daily, outside sunlight) to our daily lives and vitamin supplement nutrition health. It is very important to obtain an adequate amount of Vitamin D. Been taking this one for several months (or half a year) now into my program and I love the way my skin feels with this Vitamin D pill, along with taking the HUM OMG! Omega The Great (Omega 3 Fish Oil) pills. My skin is not dry anymore. It also feels very soft, moist, and well-balanced. All these HUM Nutrition pills are non-habit forming, non-GMO, vegan/gluten free, and no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives with any of them. I highly recommend women try HUM Nutrition because I honestly stand by it!

I love this brand and buy some of their other supplements. But this one is ridiculously over priced for what you are getting. Only 30 capsules with low percentage. I live in the Northwest of US and people need a lot of D or D3 up here.

Hum brand is my #1 vitamin and these are amazing!
