I feel the description is a little misleading. The Amazon description states "diapers". Yet when the product arrived they were pullups.

These are the largest pads I can find and work well.

I can't rate the item because I purchased them for someone else. Not myself. However, I will say the person must like them because he orders the same ones over and over. So for that I will give a 4 star.

These work well for my Dad. I have them on auto delivery and they arrive on time every month.

Have tried almost every brand and this works best for me. Do not recommend for people that need very light coverage. First found this brand when a loved one was in hospice. Fewer leaks,very absorbent.

Tried 2XL and found that it fit well in the front but was too small in the back. Tried 3XL and found that it fit well in the back but was way too big in the front. The absorption is good but the sizing is difficult.

The cost of this might be a little higher than other brands but it is worth the extra $. I purchased Attends and these at the same time. Having used the tranquility brand I knew what to expect. Without going into detail, I wont be buying Attends again. These are much more absorbent than any other brands giving the confidence of waking up to a dry bed.

These are almost perfect. They're absorbent, no leaks, comfortable to wear, soft on your skin. The only thing that will prevent me from purchasing again is the price. Too bad too, it sure upped my confidence while wearing them, I was confident going outside again.
