Excellent balance of germ protection and moisture
I’ve been using the Savlon Glycerin bars for a few weeks now, and they are a significant step up from standard antibacterial soaps that often leave the skin feeling "tight" or itchy. Pros: Moisturizing: Unlike other germ-protection soaps, the glycerin content here is noticeable. My skin feels soft after a shower, not stripped of its natural oils. Fragrance: It has a very clean, refreshing citrusy scent that isn't overpowering but stays for a while. Durability: The bar is firm and doesn't "melt" away or become mushy in the soap dish as quickly as some other glycerin-based brands. Cons: The translucent orange bar can be a bit slippery to hold at first because of its shape and texture. Verdict: If you want the peace of mind of 99.9% germ protection (especially during flu season) but hate the dryness of traditional antiseptic soaps, this is the perfect middle ground. Highly recommended for family use.
