Good deal for the noney
The phone had minor, almost invisible scratch on the screen, but now, over a year, works perfect.

This phone is the best phone I've had in a while!
This phone is awesome, I love the stylus and all its quirks, one thing is the speakers on mine are kinda busted and sound pretty scratchy but it's not the worst as I always use headphones anyway. I draw a lot and this phone is perfect for it, I can draw my little heart out on this phone! I've never had a phone so young, it's only a year old and it's so new and interesting! My old phone was made in 2017 and the rest of my phones were bought by random people selling cheep phones. IVE NEVER HAD A PHONE WITH 3 CAMERAS AND IM NEVER GOING BACK! I look a million times better with this camera and I've never felt better in my body! I feel so confident and I'm so glad!

Charging issue caused return...
Refurbished phone looked great and charged first time but then charging port stopped working. Tried multiple chargers without success and returned the phone.

Reliable but a little bit slow (expected)
Face recognition and fingerprint wasn't used due to it being for my daughter (6) and I require full access to it as she is so young. I got it for snapchat to video call and send pics while I'm at work, that works decent. The phone (galaxy note 10) runs a bit slow but that's expected for the age. Worth the purchase without a doubt. Only 4 stars because the package wasn't very safe unlike it is directly from Samsung or a carrier. The screen also shattered after one drop but I believe that was her fault and not the company, worth the mention. I will buy from the company again if I am in need of a phone and I trust this company.

Pretty decent
Problem I had with this is that one camera is smudged with streaks inside the lens. Maybe the lens was removed but not cleaned well. Also phone seemed a little dirty in the cracks. Other than that, was a lifesaver after I dropped my old phone in the tub.

Extremely clean refurbished phone
I bought my Note 9 refurbished from Amazon 5 years ago and just picked up the Note 10 refurbished phone and so far it looks and performs like new. I'm way behind on the latest phones but that's okay.

Llegó en óptimas condiciones y funciona muy bien, ya son varios meses desde que me Llegó y no he tenido problema alguno

La pila viene en pésimo estado me acaba de llegar y una carga completa solo me duró 2 horas no lo recomiendo para nada espero y si lo pueda devolver
