I ordered a brand-new Roboute Guilliman miniature for $65. What I received was not new, not unopened, and not acceptable by any standard. The box arrived containing already-clipped sprues. Every single piece of the miniature had been removed from the frames. This was clearly pre-used or previously assembled material shoved back into a retail box and sold as new. For anyone who builds and paints miniatures, this is completely unacceptable.

Ordered what I needed and it came as advertised, and in good time. Great experience. Will do again.
