This is a great tool for making those iconic designs on your sourdough bread It’s light weight and fits perfectly in your hand and with the blade protection it makes it easy to use and the design makes it more comfortable in your hand rather than those blades with the long handles!!!! I will be purchasing again!!

this bread lame is super sharp and works amazing on my sourdoughs, it has a nice handle that is comfortable to hold, and i have made some really nice and intricate designs with the extra razors without attaching to the tool, i am really happy with the results i have got using this product

Works wonderfully! Way better than using a knife. Light in your hand but cuts accurately. Handle quality is excellent.

Instructions were easy and straightforward. Comfortable grip and came with a good amount of blades. Use the finger gloves they include; went to twist to retract the blade for storage and sliced my finger open.

Easy to use, great value, and I LOVE that it comes with a case! The cut quality is great and easy to use.

I bought these for my businesses to score our bread before baking. You do have to hold the blade at an angle when scoring otherwise the bottom corner will catch the bread and “snag” it. The blades are sharp, easy to put on and remove, and the handle is great so it doesn’t slip while wearing gloves or during use. It is easy to clean and store, as it comes with a small leather cover that fits over the blade to protect it and keep it clean. You also get a handful of replacement blades with the tool. The blades do occasionally fall off, but it isn’t to the point of not purchasing this tool. I will continue to purchase for my businesses going forward.

Great product! It’s wood and they give you finger protectors and a lot of blades this one works better than the long handled one! Highly recommended

Good quality,one issue I find is its edges are super smooth and slick.I am taking the drummer to it and adding some grooves to the edges to add some grip for easier opening and closing,Manufacturer should implement this for safety purposes.The cutproof fingure gloves just make it harder to handle,they too are too smooth.

I looked at many selected this one and I picked a good one. Good and sturdy handle. Instructions, so easy to apply the blade. Has a leather sheaf that is good I keep it in the box.

1 1/2 yrs after purchasing and I am still using and happy with my purchase. It does a great job with my sourdough and that's why I've given it 5 stars. The little storage cover is nice and all the extra blades. I actually haven't even had to replace the blade yet and I make sourdough quite often.

Es bonito, fácil de usar, es más cómodo que los de mango de madera porque este es recto, aparte si trabajas en un lugar con certificados estrictos como es mi caso, los de madera no pasan la auditoría por ser un material poroso, este es mucho más higiénico
