Effective and simple
Really good and simple to put together. My son loves it and the first time we used it he felt stronger afterwards when shooting a basketball - and he needed that. Will see how much we use but I hope a couple times a week - very satisfied

Large belt is TOO big. And it's sloppy to fasten. I ordered the next size down and love this item. The bag is nice. the product quality.
