Solgar Vitamin E 268 mg (400 IU) - 50 Softgels - Naturally Sourced - Gluten Free, Dairy Free - 50 Servings

I've switched to Solgar supplements (including this product, the vitamin E) within the last year and am VERY pleased. I have to avoid gluten and soy and didn't even realize that most of my supplements had soy in them...and I wasn't buying bargain basement supplements or anything, they were high end...they were also full of garbage that's problematic for a lot of people. There are a lot of other things that *aren't* in these supplements (sugar, artificial colors, yeast, etc.) but no gluten or soy was most important for me. If you're going to take the time to take supplements and spend money on them, get supplements that have only the best ingredients and DON'T have ingredients and fillers that could be harmful to your health. Sometimes (although not always) I have to pay a little more than I was before I switched to Solgar, but I think it is well worth it. Also, when I order the Solgar supplements on Amazon, as opposed to when I have purchased other brands in the past, they're always fresh with an expiration date WELL in the future. I feel like I'm getting a great value for the money. BOTTOM LINE: A top notch product at a good value!

Not sure if they are working yet, but I appreciate the fact that they are made from a natural source and that there is no soy in them.

The way I can tell if a vitamin E supplement works is my skin. Pores get smaller and blemishes go away. Also my skin feels more comfortable, way less dryness. I order Solgar Vitamin E mixed tocopherols. Worked for me in my 30s and now in my 60s.

Research has shown that it takes several types of Vitamin E taken at once for what most of us have known as Vitamin E to do anything useful at all. That's why this is a smart product that I think people who know this fact about Vitamin E go looking for. So you probably already know what this is for and it's probably a useless blurb. But if you need one more random human to say go for it, pretend Solgar sounds like it could be a villain from a video game and chip away at its evil armor one pill at a time. Then re-order, and consider it an expansion. And consider life to have as many expansions as WoW. Then say WoW, Solgar! And bite one right down the middle just to be a little crazy now and then.

First class packaging. Came in a small glass bottle with metal cap and packaged inside bubble wrap. Very good. The softgel capsules are on the larger side but manageable. I've only started taking them recently so can not comment on efficacy. May do an update in the future

Es la segunda vez que compro este articulo y no me ha defraudado. Cumple con las caracteristicas y con mis expectativas. Soy usuaria de productos naturales, se notan resultados en la piel tan solo con el primer bote. Lo recomiendo tanto por su alta calidad como precio.
