It is ok, and yes it is burp less which is a plus. I have been take this kind of vit for over 25 yrs befor all the hype and veg for 50yrs as holistic.

Though I've only taken Smart Omega for 3 days, I'm very pleased so far. The pills are easy to swallow even though they're large (like all fish oil supplements I've seen). I sometimes struggle to swallow pills and have even used a pill glide spray in order to swallow some pills. However, no need for the spray with Smart Omega. I think it's the enteric coating. I ordered these Smart Omega supplements specifically to avoid burps and regurgitation due to fish oil, which is a side effect I've suffered with every other fish oil supplement I've tried, including prescription Lovaza. I'm particularly susceptible to this side effect because I have GERD and gastroparesis. I received a follow-up email from the manufacturer who suggested keeping the supplements in the freezer, if you're particularly susceptible the fish oil burping side effect. I really appreciate the tip and put my bottle in the freezer right away. Though, I took Smart Omega without storing in the freezer the first 2 days with no issues. Looking forward to the health benefits Smart Omega brings!

Seemed to work okay, but not appreciably better than what I'd been using (Nature Made burpless). I have arthritis and ADD, and fish oil seems to help with both. But, weirdly, this brand gave me fish burps. Maybe my stomach's unusually acidic or something, but it was gross. I switched back to Nature Made, and no burps (never have gotten burps from Nature Made). I guess everyone's stomach is a little different.

I was scared to take fish oil tabs due to burp issue. This product made me feel confident. Never experienced fishy burps and am happy to continue taking the tablet.

I've been taken them since I got them feel no difference at all,I feel like I'm just popping pilits.It's been almost a month.No fishy smell or burps though but I can take aspirins or any other pills for that.Sorry but that's the truth for me any ways,maybe if I took it for another month maybe but we will never know. I chose this over cheaper brands because of the claim of its claim that it "won't leave any fish burps or aftertaste". I have been taking one pill a day and the first week I didn't notice anything, but into the second week when I burped it tasted like fish. I didn't think anything of it at first as I had been including actual fish into my diet, but I also began noticing the same taste when I hadn't eaten fish in days. I can't say anything about the health benefits as I won't get my HDLs checked for another 6 months, but seeing as I paid more money so as not to have fishy burps that the product claims it DOESN'T have, I believe it should at least stay true to that.

I was skeptical simply because I HATE fish - all kinds of seafood as a matter of fact. BUT I had to do something to avoid the dreaded cholesterol meds and am determine to lower my LDL and cholesterol levels, plus raise my HDL through supplements and better diet & exercise. What a surprise I was in for when I first tried these pills. Amazing! I specifically drink carbonated seltzer about 30 mins after my first dose just to get the burping going. And was seriously shocked that was NO fish taste! None! Zilch! Soooo happy to say the least. They actually have a somewhat pleasant odor when I open the bottle - almost like a vanilla scent. The fact that they are enteric coated is a big plus! I will be reordering these - actually going to use subscribe & save - and using them for as long as necessary.

On the odd occasion i do get the fishy burps. Not a major complaint just my reason to why its 4 stars and not 5.
